MY STORY
For me, strategy is first and foremost about vision and trust. Within the Strategic Advisory division, my role is to guide businesses through their most decisive choices: entering a new market, structuring a development plan, or building strong partnerships.
With an approach that is both analytical and human, I strive to turn complexity into clarity and provide leaders with the tools to act with confidence. My experience has taught me that successful strategies are not only built on numbers but also on the ability to understand local contexts, cultures, and economic dynamics.

MY JOURNEY
Education
I completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at HEC Montréal, a program that provided me with strong foundations in management, strategy, and finance.
Beyond the academic side, this journey fueled my entrepreneurial mindset: I learned how to turn ideas into projects, assess risks, and build concrete solutions.
This experience shaped the way I approach business and prepared me to launch my own ventures, such as Baj’entreprends.
Entrepreneurship
I founded Baj’entreprends in Québec with the desire to put my experience and strategic vision at the service of entrepreneurs and organizations.
My goal is to help those who want to structure their projects, grow their businesses, and build strong partnerships, while keeping a human and accessible approach.
Through Baj’entreprends, I am committed to fostering innovation and contributing to economic vitality both locally and internationally.
Writing Project
Together with my friend and fellow communication professional, we are co-writing and self-publishing a book that highlights our experiences in France and the contrast between beliefs and real-world practice.
Both narrative and interactive, this book offers readers a different and innovative experience, blending learning, sharing, and personal reflection.
